The live itinerary for retreats.
itinerary.live helps people who run retreats share one calm, always-current schedule with their guests. The host builds the programme, shares a single link or QR code, and every guest opens it on their own phone to see what is happening now and what is next.
What it does
A retreat host creates their schedule once and shares one link. Guests open it on any phone, with no app to install, and see the current session and what is coming up, the full multi-day programme, the venue and practical details, and an option to add sessions to their calendar or turn on reminders.
When the host changes the plan, every open phone updates within a few seconds, and the printed QR code stays the same. Once a guest has opened the link, it keeps working offline, which matters at venues with patchy signal.
Who it is for
Hosts of yoga, wellness, and coaching retreats, and anyone running a multi-day gathering who wants guests to stop asking what is next. It is built to be quiet and reassuring rather than another app to manage.
Who runs it
itinerary.live is an independent business operated by Audunn Olafsson, a sole proprietor based in Davis, California, United States. It is run solo, not by a company or a team.
I am Audunn Olafsson, though most people call me Axel. I built itinerary.live after watching how much of a retreat host's energy goes into keeping guests informed: the printed schedule that is already out of date, the group chat nobody reads, the same few questions asked all week.
I wanted one link a host could share and update in seconds, so guests always know what is happening now and what is next, even with weak signal at the venue. It is a small, independent project that I run on my own, and I read every message that comes in.
Pricing
itinerary.live is free to run a single retreat. The Pro plan, for running more than one at a time, is $120 per year or $15 per month. You can cancel at any time. See our refund policy for details.
