Terms of Service
Last updated 26 June 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Audunn Olafsson, a sole proprietor based in Davis, California, United States, who operates itinerary.live ("the service", "we", "I"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
itinerary.live lets a host build a schedule for a retreat or event and share it with guests through a web link or QR code. Guests view the schedule in their browser. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You need an account to create itineraries. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the schedules, text, images, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store that content and display it to the guests you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to use what you publish, and for any personal information about your guests that you add, such as the email addresses you choose to send a link to.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the service to break the law, to publish harmful or abusive content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its data. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that do.
Plans, billing, and renewals
The service is free for a single retreat. The Pro plan, for running more than one at a time, is offered as a yearly or monthly subscription at the prices shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects you. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". I work to keep it reliable, but I do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free, and I may change or discontinue parts of it. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you would not want to lose.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or its users.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
